Interest Rate on Non-Indexed Loans Reduced to 8.5%

The interest rate on non-indexed loans from LSR will decrease by 0.5 percentage points, from 9.0% to 8.5%, effective Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The interest rate on LSR’s non-indexed fund member loans is fixed for 36 months at a time.
The interest rate on indexed loans remains unchanged at 4.5%. This applies to both loans with fixed interest rates for the entire loan term and loans where rates are fixed for 36 months at a time.
