Key Responsibilities:
- Providing fund members and pensioners with personal and professional service, both by phone, email, and in person at the reception.
- Advising on pension entitlements and private pension savings with LSR.
- Gathering and recording data related to pension entitlements.
- Managing pension applications and changes to pension entitlements.
- Participating in improvement projects within the Pension Department to enhance service and operations.
